J's Food Log / K's Excercise log- Monday
Good morning Everybody,
You know me... I hate Mondays!!! I am still little tired from this past wekeend. I cannot believe how freeze it was this past weekend and my son played baseball games on Sat and sun too. This morning my office is freeze cold!!! I turned the Air Cont down!!!BRRRRRR!!! That is enough to complain about this!
Hope all of you had a nice Mother's day yesterday. I had a nice mother 's day and took my mom out to a nice resturant since I always keep very busy for myself. Also we went to shopping to get a pair of new shoes and new bathsuit for my early birthday presents from my mom since she knows I am very busy lady!!
I did excercise this past weekend. While my son played baseball on SAturday, I took powerwalking on other side of football field while my other friend kept her eyes on my daughter who played with other girl at baseball game.
Tonight I will do my treadmill for 40 min and go to bed early.

S EAS Advant Edge Carb control bar (20 g)
D cod with green beans
S WATER or simple smart milk
Yes, it was cold this weekend. We had planned a Bluff Point walk on Mother's Day, but it was too cold, brrrr. Maybe this coming weekend. I plan on exercising this morning, doing the circuit and kick boxing class.
B - protein drink
L - ham with mustard
D - having a hot dog with the family, no bun. Got light hot dogs, less fat. I have not had many of these, but want to try one.
S - cheese or sf popsicle

Yeah, I am going to participate today! I have been a little nauseas at night the last three nights, so this is my plan, but that could change.
B 2 oz of SF pudding with protein powder 6gms
L 2 oz strawberry/banana protein shake 10gms
S 2 oz of SF yogurt with protein powder 6gms
D 2 tbs peanut butter 8gms
S 2 oz protein shake 10 gms
I have no problem with my water intake, which is good to not have to worry about that.
Today, for the first time, I am actually going outside for my walk. I spent the day out yesterday for the first time and was exhausted.
Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on my food plan? I am concerned with getting all the protein in and I am still 10 grams short. I am still on pureed foods.
