Today is the day !!

Just weighed myself and hit the century club. 100 pounds gone forever, but not forgotten. NEVER AGAIN DO I LET MY WEIGHT GET OUT OF CONTROL. I have the tools and need to continue to use them. Thirteen weeks and two days out. Way ahead of schedule. I feel much better and now can start some serious exercise besides walking bye for now! Stu Perlmutter

CONGRATS Stu!!!! I am looking forward to saying the same thing. I am going to the Seminar at St Raphael's on Wednesday and I am looking forward to getting a chance to start with a new body technially it is my same old body but you know what I mean. I was talking to my husband and I mad a comment about having a thinner body and he did not seem overall enthusied like I thought he would be. But Congrats again.
