Hi all- It was a nice birthday yesterday. I walked with my friend for 2.5 miles in the morning before work and then went to the gym for a 45 minute workout after work. I danced a little last night too! I saw people I had not seen in a long time and the compliments felt very very good.
Carbs crept in last night-I ate pasta at the dinner...it was good too!
B-cottage cheese
L chicken with a tossed salad
D-out to dinner with my son...maybe a hamburger without the bun
S= Slim a Bear SF ice cream bar 1/2

Hi all,
I am glad you had a nice birthday!!! I had 25 in cardio and an hour to work out with my trainer last night. I will do 40 min on treadmill at home tonight.
It will be rainy weekend. I hate that!! Hope it will be sunny on May 14th for Summer Gathering party meeting there.

Glad your birthday was good Joanie,
I did the gym this morning for one hour, 1/2 hour circuit and 1/2 hour in a dance class. I sweated good! Not looking forward to all the rain this weekend.

I am doing great today, feel so much better than the past couple of days. I have a busy weekend, going to mom in laws tonight, a mother's dinner at my cousins church tomorrow night and cooking for my mom on Sunday at my house.
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL YOU GREAT MOM'S OUT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy belated birthday!
I am not sure exactly what I ate today, but for sure it was lots of protein! (sp??) I've been very careful about that!
Went out to dinner with a friend I haven't seen since January, and it was such a thrill. I'm down 83 pounds and could not be happier!!!
I miss you all, and will catch up with you soon!!!
