Dr. Raftopolous--HANDS DOWN--is the best....I had my original RNY with Dr. Barba in Nov 04, and peforated in June/July 05 (i cannot remember exact date!); nealry died with peritonitis, massive blood clot in abdomen, etc. And Dr Barba left me with a large hernia, saying I should wait so that I could get a  free TT later. Well, I puked my way through the next 3 1/2 years, until my internist sent me to Dr. R:...I was completely malnourished and anemic and we were planning a revision when I perforated again this time on MOther's Day. I was in surgery taht afternoon, home three days later, and have recovered. In fact, I've gained about 20 pounds becuase I can eat the same foods as everyone. (I'm actually going to WW this week!) Dr. R was shocked that Barba had left such a massive hernia, and had to make numerous repairs in addition to making me a new pouch. He is brilliant, compassionate, considered in his approach (cautious and looking out for your best interest). I cannot say enough good things about HIM.
