Emotional breakdown??
I've got 20 years on you. The weekend prior to my WLS we drove to Boston to have dinner with our son who is in college. When we left I fell apart, with all the crazy thoughts, emotions, etc. in my head.
This was not a light decision you made, put you trust in your doctor and you will do fine. Keep a positive attitude...I've been through alot of major operations, they don't get easy, but you gotta have the faith and courage and conviction to stick with your decision. Best of luck, I'll think of you tomorrow.
Hi Krista,
Your feelings are TOTALLY normal...you will be fine! I'm saying a special prayer for you that God will give you a special touch of his peace in your heart and rest in your spirit.
I'm one week out from surgery, and overall feel very good. Walking really helps...as soon as you can get yourself out of bed and start moving those tootsies up & down the hall ways.
Please email me privately if you'd like to talk,
Hugs and Prayers,
Mickey

Krista,
You will be fine. Its an emotional rollercoaster right now with all of this your doing. But believe you me when its all done after tomorrow you will be fine. Good Luck with your surgery and I will be praying for you.
Keep up your spirits, your doing this for you and to be here a long time with your kids too. You will be fine and so much happier after this is all done. I should know I have been there too.
We all love you and are praying for your successful surgery and quick recovery. God Bless and be safe.
Hugs

Hi Kim!
Thanks so much for your support. It means so much! You have always been here for me when I have a meltdown which I guess is happening more frequently lately huh? But hopefully after tomorrow afternoon all will be better emotionally and nerve wise! I will update or have my angel do it as soon as we can!
love&hugssssssss
Krista
