Hello Julio,
I had my lap band 3/3 and I would drink 4 oz of carnation instand breakfast carb conscious 6 times a day. Not sure of the protein count.
Make sure you continue to take all of your vitamins that they tell you it's very important.
I am now at the point where I can eat anything except carbs and starches of course and they said to have 80grams of protein a day. Make sure you get enough so your hair doesn't fall out, even though for most men that's not a big deal.
Good luck with everything and stick with it, I've lost about 38 pounds so far and I don't go for my fill until 5/23.
