I am so glad you contacted my persoanl trainer, Linda. She is a great trainer and knows how to help you to lose inches from your body. I got clearence paper from Dr Aranow two weeks after my surgery and started to excercise twice a week for a month right away then build up to 3 times a week with her . Plus I do my cardio and other excercise on the days when I am not with her. I do excercise everyday but sometime I miss one day per week but I have a bug in me... If I do not excericse then I feel Guilty!!
You can do it!! and I can help you what you need to eat foods after your surgery. I am so excited that you will be on losing sides and will feel better from your health! Hope to meet you someday!!! Don't forget about our Summer Gathering Party on July 16th!!!
