Over the weekend I had a couple of bad eating days and did not get my protein in, hardly any. This is a warning. Get in your protein! I was really dragging the last two days, the only change was the lack of protein. I upped my protein yesterday and today and am starting to feel much much better. I hope to be back in rare form by tomorrow. (I get in 50-60 per doctor's orders, no more, no less). Pam

Pam I am sorry you had a bad eating this past weekend. Now that is paast and start from now and stick on the right path. You know we cannot be perfect all the time. Hang in there and take care Hugs Kathy K

Here's a helpful hint: When you sit down to eat, eat the protein first, veggies second and if you still have room, fruit next. That way you'll be sure to get that all-important protein into your body! Ann 120lbs GONE!
