PROTEIN
Over the weekend I had a couple of bad eating days and did not get my protein in, hardly any. This is a warning. Get in your protein! I was really dragging the last two days, the only change was the lack of protein. I upped my protein yesterday and today and am starting to feel much much better. I hope to be back in rare form by tomorrow. (I get in 50-60 per doctor's orders, no more, no less).
