Insurance Error

Hi Friends I was denied by Anthem recently. It turns out that they denied me because they somehow thing my procedure is the lap band. I am having gastric bypass. The dr 's office is trying to correct that with the insurance co. Has anyone had something like this happen to them?Hopefully that will be good news for me. I have a copy of their obesity policy and according to the policy I should not Be denied. Keep me I your prayers that i could be a loser soon. Blessings, Splendalicious PS.. Please do so, honey! I have spoken to Milcha (the nurse manager making the decision) again today and hopefully within the next few days we should have an answer!
