Hi Everybody
Joanie is on her way to Tenn. and hope she can call one of us for support while she is there! I did not excercise yesterday but I was at hosptial and see speicalist doctor for my son yesterday but I will work harder today to excercise with my trainer then will do my cardio for 30 min after finishing with my trainer tonight!
B- some chicken with mozz cheese and some salsa

How did you make out with Kyle? I hope all is well.
I went to a brand new class last night called 50/50. It was so much fun and the instructer was great! We did almost all step using 2 benches and moving between the two, and then some pretty intense abdominal excercises. I told the instructer that I really wanted to continue in her class but that I would always be about 5 minutes late so she said for me to come and she would set up my benches for me so I could just start right in. I thought that was so nice of her! I am sticking with my low carb diet again this week and am really looking forward to getting weighed tomorrow. Yesterday my diet went like this:
B- coffee
Fruit Salad
S- Atkins Shake
L- Cheese
D- Hamburger (3/4 of a 1/4 lb patty)
Mixed vegetables and a salad
S SF jello with light cool whip
water = 88 oz

Hello everyone,
I hope Joanie has a great time, and Kathy, let us know how your son makes out.
I found that I can eat wheat toast in the am, so that is what I am doing now. Can't eat much protein in the am, so I do the wheat carb.
B - wheat toast, bit of pb
L - sliced ham with mustard
D - steak, lean 3oz.
S - sf popsicle
Going to the gym this morning, 1/2 hour, maybe a walk at the beach this afternoon.

I ate alittle crazy today.
