Thanks to all who helped me with all my questions these last 7 months.  My employer, The Connecticut Hospice, Inc. will not pick up the rider under our new insurance (Connecticare) as of 1/1/09.  Not in the budget!  Bunch of b.s. if you ask me.  I'm the only one in the organization who advocated for the rider.  Why would they pick it up for one person.  Very hurtful and discouraging but that's life.  I guess WLS is not in my life path.  I need to deal with it and move on.  Did 7 months of research on all the surgeries and prayed alot too but it was all for nothing.  Sorry just a bit down about it but I will certainly get over it.  I'm certainly going to miss going on this site almost every day (7 months).  It's been inspirational hearing all the stories.  Thanks to everyone who offered so much insight to all my questions.

I know it's a lot of money, but if you can afford your WLS to be paid like a credit card you can contact Carecredit.com.  I put $10,500 on that for Stomaphyx  which didn't work, but it is an option.

I wish you the best...please don't give up...I believe you'll find a way.

Thanks for the advice.  Unfortunately we are in 30,000 credit debt that we are trying really hard to pay off.  Unfortunately I will also be filing for divorce next year so financing WLS right now is not an option.  I will still keep the faith and trust that if it's meant to be, it will happen.
