Good Morning Everybody,
I am so tired and did not sleep good again. My son is still complains about the pains but we got an excellent surgeon but the bad new is he is available this Friday afternoon and want us to meet him at L M Hospital. Two more days to go! I do still worried about my son and hope this doctor can fix this problem.
I went to gym last night and did my 50 min cardio. Tonight I will meet my trainer for an hour for workout.

Good Morning CT!
Feeling less overwhelmed since my exercise plan is in place for my hectic week. Just finished my WATP 2 mile video. Time to get ready for work.
B-South beach Diet cereal...(yuck..and higher in carbs that i realized)
S-cottage cheese
L-grilled turkey over a garden salad w/lite dressing
S-protein bar
D-tuna salad over a garden salad w/lite dressing (ordering take out at CPR class at work)
S-cheese and a couple crackers
Thinking of Phyllis and Evelyn today...wishing them the best of everything!

Good morning everyone,
I have had a bad time with eating this week, eating unhealthy things. I am putting myself back on track today. I am back on south beach phase I. I have been exercising every day, either at the gym, or a walk at bluff point state park.
B - egg
L - slices of ham with mustard
D - chicken breast, not sure how yet
S - sf popsicle
Gym for 1/2-1hr. depending on what class I can hit.

Hi Kathy,
I did a weight class at the gym today. Worked all parts of my body until I hurt. It was a great class and is very difficult, but also one of my favorites. I am sticking to my low carb diet and today my diet consisted of
B- Coffee
S- Atkins Shake
L- Cheese
S- Atkins Shake
D- Salad and Chicken plus some of the best mixed vegetables I have ever had in my life.( bought at the super natural store)

Hey girls,
I did ok today. My boss took us out for lunch today at a place called Rainbow Garden in Milford, CT.
B: Atkins Chocolate Royale Shake
S: rest of shake
L: Quiche with onion, cheese and bacon (only small piece)
S: Almond Biscotti Zone Bar
D: rest of the quiche from lunch
S: some cracker barrel cheese sticks LF
Propel waters and crystal light ice teas today. I went to Fitness Edge last night to check out their program, I was not impressed. I did not feel comfortable there at all. I think I am going to continue with my walking and do the video Joanie gave me and start doing my old Richard Simmons tapes too. I am going to look into a one on one trainer that just opened up in Milford near my hair salon too.
I have a gym and pool where I work and I am going to inquire about the membership for non-residents and employees.
