Hi Gangs
Hope you had a nice weekend! Mine was very busy and tired! My son might to go hospital to have surgery but we are waiting for his doctor to make an appointment for seeing his specialist today. he might have repair hernia surgery. I did not sleep good last night because Kyle was complained it hurted and I tired to be there to comfort him by putting ice and gave him pain relief medicine.
I will plan to do excercise at home no more than 30 min on my tread mill. I am out of engery and is so tired but Need recharge my engery by going to get some sleeps tonight. hope so! Wait and see what happened today from my son's doctor

So sorry to hear about Kyle, I hope everything will be ok for him. Thank God this didn't happen while you were on your cruise! My prayers are headed your way today. I went for a walk with the dogs at 6:00 am this morning and will go to the club tonight for my 1 1/2 hour versa training class! This is my favorite class of the whole week, It is very intense and covers everything! I work very hard in this class.

Sorry I have not been on the board in awhile, our home computer is down and we are so busy here at work. I am alone right now so I am sneaking on to check my emails and check the board.
My dad came home on Saturday from the hospital, it looks like it was a bacterial infection that settled in his foot. They gave him antibiodics and he is doing better. I am so glad, he has been in and out of the hospital and my mom is so worn out and so am I. Hopefully this is it.
Hey Joanie, did you get the pictures yet from your party a couple of weeks ago, I am dying to see them. Hope all is well with you too. Let me know when you want to get together too, and when the scrapbook stuff is in. I had a wonderful time at your house. Everyone is so nice. Glad I finally got to meet all of you.

I have been meaning to get those pictures posted. I promise..I will soon.
I am leaving for Tennesee on Thursday. This is a hectic week. I went to water aerobics tonight...great workout. I am agonizing about not being able to go to the gym at all this week. Tomorrow after work..I have a CPR class for four hrs I won't be home until 9:30pm! Wednesday after work my daughter has her pictures taken for dance..which is always a 2 hr project. Then I need to pack! I was trying to think of when I could squeeze in some gym time and its just not possible! So-- I am going to settle for the 2 mile Leslie Sanson walk aerobics tape...on both days. My trip to Tenn..is a girls weekend...seven girls all connected to adoption in different ways. We are staying in a cabin on a lake... We have been there two other times...we laugh...relax..cook..eat...and laugh some more! Its a totally relaxing gabfest! I told the girls we need to do a few long walks...and I will bring my videos--just in case the weather is bad. They have not seen me since last year when I was 83 pounds heavier...I cannot wait to fly..and not have the tray hit me in the belly and try to fold myself up..so I am not invading my neighbors space... Its going to be a whole different world!!
