Hi gang My daughters 12th bday is Friday-but the celebration began last night! Took her to the pool with her friend while I went to water aerobics. Tonight after work..they are going for mini-manicure/pedicures...dinner and shopping. Tomorrow is pizza/movie/slumber party with four friends here at my house. I do not have to be a wor****il 10..so I will try hitting the gym this morning and see how that works. Tommorrow will be my day off from exercise. B-poached egg on 1/2 sl rye toast S-NONE L-tuna salad in a cup S-NONE D-out with the girls to Houlihans...steak?? S-Eskimo pie SF Stawberry Shortcake...the nutrition count was good...can't remember tho...only 100 calories and they were a mighty yummy snack! Joanie

Hi gangs I got home very late last night and did not do my excercise at home but will wokr harder weight stuffs with my trainer then will do my own cardio after I finished with my trainer. Good Morning All, Its been one crazy week for me. I am trying so hard to keep up with all the work being given to me lately. Anyway WEBE 108 just called our office the prize patrol is coming to our office with pastries, I am so excited, hopefully it will be a good exposure for us too.
