Hello Gangs,
How was your day yesterday? I met the reporter and photograher yesterday. The interview went very well. The reporter and Photograher were very impressed with my processing. they watched me workout with my trainer and cannot believe how hard work I excercised with my trainer and said they have no idea how hard excercise I went through with my trainer. My face was red and sweaty but felt great after workout. My trainer was very proud of me. The article will print out on April 29th and she said there will be aritcle but no pictures on website so I will posted up the website next week.
Tonight I will do my treadmill for 40 min because I am going to see Dr Aranow today at 400 pm for 6 months check up.
Joanie....... I am anxious to see if you can post some pictures from your party on this Ct Board because I want to print that picture where I am taking your weight scale home with me for good memories!!!!!!! I am sorry you had a bad day yesterday about wrong car key. Hope today will be better day for you

Good luck with you appt Kathy. I have nto seen Dr. A...since fourth months..what's up with a six months check up??
Today is water aerobics. Tomorrow will be a day off from the gym so I will do a WATP video. I promised Lauryn and her friend I would take them for manicures and pedicures/dinner and shopping for her birthday which is Friday. On Friday--I am having five girls for a sleepover. God Bless ME!

l- 3oz of turkey chilli, 1 oz of ff cheddar cheese
d- either left over chicken or a roast - in any case it will be 2 oz
s - 3 saltines and 1 wedge of lite laughing cow cheese
s- ice pop maybe
a half hour walk in the neighborhood although I did not do it last night...I have got to get out and do it tonight!

I did ok today, we had our annual Volunteer Recognition Tea today at the Community Center so we served tea, punch and cake. I did not touch any of it, drank my water had my zone bar.

Did some walking at lunch time, and again tonight at home. Joanie, I am starting to do the video tomorrow night or over the weekend, its been so crazy this week I have not had a chance to start, but I promise I will.

last night i was so proud of myself, i lasted 1 hour on the treadmill and sweat like crazy!
tonight circuit training on the bowflex and treadmill 45min-1hour

Buy your next smaller size pant and try on it anytime you want instead of weight on scale! LOL
Keep excercising and keep busy with your kids or your things to help you to think about weight on scale. You can mark the date you will weight once a month without no cheat!!!!! I have not weight myself but lost 3 pounds at Dr office yesterday. Now my Honeymoon is OVER but I am not worrying about this because I know I can keep excercise, eat right foods and keep my tools. YOU CAN DO IT!!
