Splenda - I am really sorry to hear this news. I know from experience how devastating it is! Visit the Insurance Forum of this website. Those people have lots of insight and can help you put together a good appeal. Don't give it up - that's what the insurance company wants you to do - Fight the good fight! Phyllis

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT. I FEEL MUCH BETTER TODAY. I AM READY TO TAKE ON THE INSURANCE CO AND GET AN APPROVAL. MY MEDICAL DR IS NO HELP.SHE STATED THAT SHE CANNOT WRITE A LTTER BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT KNOW ME THAT WELL. YOU WOULD THINK I ASKED FOR A PERSONAL REFERANCE. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THAT HOSPITAL CLINIC FOR 15 YEARS AND SHE COULD NOT FND ONE THING TO WRITE ABOUT THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL. I AM DEALING WITH HER TODAY.PLUS CHANGING MY DR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Splenda, I'm so sorry to hear about the denial. Insurance companies are the pits to say the least. I'm equally as sorry to hear about your DR. not offering their assistance, and stating that they don't know you? You're correct in wanting to find a new primary Dr & quick!
