Good morning Everybody,
Tuesday is better than Monday LOL
Today is big day for me!!! The reporter will come to my gym where I am excrcise with my trainer at 500 pm to interview with us for an hour then the repoter wants to watch me to excercise with my trainer for an hour OH BROTHER!!! I will let you know when the newspaper will print and will ask her for website since allof you live out of town.
I did my powerwalking and little jogging with my daughter who rode her bike for a mile. My daugther now keep say Let 's do again because she love it!
It will be beautiful day again today and let '**** your workout outside!!!

Good Morning Kathy
I did water aerobics last night and then met Tara and the gang our for a "too late" dinner. My choice wasn't a good one. and I didn't eat much..and I ending up leaving early w/ a mini-dumping syndorme. Ahh yes, my pouch IS working! Tonight I am going to the gym...I need to change up my menu..I am getting very very tired of grilled chicken salads and hard boiled eggs....I am also going to log in on Fitday.com again
B-the last hard boiled egg!
S- cottage cheese
L-Perdue low fat chicken, salsa and lite sour cream
D-vegie burger..L/T....salad
Enjoy the 80 degree weather today! I will be working like a dog-- I know its going to be busy today...

B-Carnation Instant Breakfast w/simply smart milk skim 14G
L- 2 oz chicken w/1 oz 2% cheddar cheese 20g
s- Maybe yogurt but it seems i never get to it
D- 2 oz chicken w/1 oz 2% cheddar cheese 20g
1/2 hour walk in neighborhood with daughter after dinner. It helps to get things moving again and when I get back I can start drinking.

It was a beautiful day out there today. I enjoyed wearing a short sleeve shirt that hit the top of my hips instead of the tops of my knees! tee hee hee!!
B- Kashi Go Lean cereal w/raisins & lactaid
L - salad w/lettuce,sun dried tom. cheese, turkey, & chives
s- peanut butter South Beach protein bar (aka Carb Well cereal bar)
D - 3oz filet mignon, 4 porcini mushroom tortelini
s - sf popcicle
Exercise: 40mins on treadmill and some leg exercises on the bowflex.

I had a very bad day at work. I was behind at least 45 with each patient this afternoon. Equipment was not working properly...just so frustrating. My son dropped me off at work...and he and my husband left me a car so I could go to the gym. Only problem was they did not leave me the right set of keys! I didnt discover this until 6:15pm..(I was to get out at 5pm)...My DH walked to my sons job to get the other car and give me my keys... I debated not going to the gym at 7pm...but I pushed myself and I am glad I did. I had a 4 oz hamburger patty with L/T and onion for dinner...so yummy... I am beat~
