Good Sunday Morning CT!
Getting ready for my gathering today. I look fwd to seeing you all!
B-cheese, grapes
S-cottage cheese
L-turkey wrapped around string cheese
D-turkey chili/salad
My friends just called for our weekend morning walk..we will probably do our three mile route. Tomorrow is Water Aerobics. I am so psyched..we have a good group..who started this together in January...and we have become great motivators for one another. One of the girls came back..just because she missed us! Another one is 20 weeks pregnant and a "big girl" she has gained one pound so far...and she thinks its all due to the exercise! We vary in ages from 68 to about 34...amazing the support you get when you all have a common goal.
Which reminds me...have I thanked you all for all the support you have given me the past 9.6 months! I couldn't have done this without you!

Just alittle late with my food log today, had a busy Sunday.
B: Atkins Protein Shake-Vanilla
S: rest of shake
L: Grilled Chicken, Lettuce, tomato, olives, some cheese LF dressing
S: couple of carrots
Crystal Light Ice Tea
D: half bagel toasted-whole wheat w/tuna LF mayo
S: Raspberry Snapple Icetea
Propel waters all day today.
