Good Afternoon all, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY TODAY!!!!!!!!!!! I guess Joanie is real busy today, so I thought I would log my diary in. HEY JOANIE, I HOPE YOU DON'T MIND ME STARTING THIS. I walked alot today, I was up at 8am and it felt wonderful. I had alot of energy today. I had to go for my ultrasound and I did very well, doesn't look like I will have to have the biopsy. I went to WalMart in Shelton with my husband Tom and daughter Erin and I tried on pants. Hip Hip Hooray I am in a size 22-24. No more 32-34's anymore. I am now a 2x instead of a 4-5x. I am so excited. I have lost 65.5lbs so far and I am 15lbs shy to what I weighed 12years ago when I got married. B: 1/2 wheat bagel with LF strawberry creamcheese (did not agree with me) S: Propel water L: Veggie burger (1/4 piece) with tomato and lettuce side was brown rice pilaf (Rueby Tuesday's) unfortunately I threw it all up S: None D: probaly some chicken broth S: atkins advantage bar Drinking alot of SF diet snapple icetea, achiev protein coffee drinks, propel waters and crystal light lemonade Looking into joining Fitness Edge in Milford, was suppose to go today but my doctor appt took longer than I expected. Any advice anyone on what type of place to go to or exercise to do. I have been doing a lot of walking at work lunchtime and at home in the evening. Well hope to see some of you at Joanie's tomorrow. Kimberly- I never mind you starting the log!! I have been busy doing lots of cleaning today... Its been an unorganized eating day! B-1/2 grilled cheese sandwich around 11am L-egg salad on 1/2 slice of rye toast S slim a bean SF ice cream bar D-steak and salad I walked three miles with my friends today...yesterday I changed my gym routine a bit..I am getting faster on the bike and the treadmill..not as hard as it used to be. My advice at the gym. Kim is-..take it slow...go frequently...the trainer at the gym said to never spend more than an hr at a time...its overkill. I can usually do my routine in one hr and 15 min. I never thought I would be a gym-rat. I sometimes dread going..but when I leave I feel sooo good. I joined Planet Fitness- because I did not want to tie into a contract. I do wish they had classes I could go to...so I may be looking for something else once the fall starts. I started out walking...and I really missed it this winter... Between the mix of walking, the gym and my water aerobics..I have a good variety of exercise going. I just wish the scale would move faster...Which reminds me-I better hide it before Kathy steals it tomorrow! Hey Joanie, I HEARD YOU!!!! Why you are force on scale???? Did you buy size pant 12 and try on it once a weekly than weight on scale! SMILE! I cannot wait to see you today and I will bring formal pictures and underwater pictures with me to show you. I need to buy background paper supplies to make scapebook for Deaf Cruise. I think it is funny about you hid from scale from me HAHA Hugs Kathy K
