Mon. Night Support Group Meeting

Hi, All! The next support group meeting at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown is Mon., 4/18, from 7 to 8 p.m. It's for both pre- and post-ops and everyone is welcome, whether or not you're one of Dr. Aranow's patients. Hope to see you then, Debby

Middlesex is a bit far for me. When is the next Hamden Monday meeting? I'd like to attend that one. I need to see you and Joanie and whomever else can make it before I leave! Tara

Hi, Tara! Actually, the next Hamden meeting is also Mon. night. Hamden meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., at the Senior Center behind the Miller Library on Dixwell Ave. It's for both pre- and post-ops and isn't affiliated with any particular doctor or hospital. I don't know why I forgot to mention it in my original post above. Since the Middlesex meetings on the 1st and 4th Mondays are for pre-ops only, I go to Hamden on the 1st Monday. The 3rd Mon. of the month is the one when I have to choose between Hamden and Middlesex. I made some phone calls and because you're leaving at the end of the month, we've changed where we're going this Monday. Hamden it is, with dinner after at Applebee's (they've got some good choices on their menu, and I've got a coupon). Joanie has water aerobics on Mon. night, but she'll join us for dinner. Peter (and Joanne?) will come to Hamden, but will probably be too late for the meeting so they'll meet us at Applebee's. So, who else is going to go to the Hamden support group meeting or, if you can't make the meeting, just meet us at Applebee's shortly after 8 Mon. night to see Tara before she leaves for Florida? YEAAAA HO! I don't think I could be more excited than I am right now. Thank you SO MUCH! I can't wait to see you, Joanie, Peter and hopefully Joanne. Can we get Peter's daughter, Michelle.
