I'm off to Disney World !!!

Well, I am 11 months post - op, enjoying my new life! I am on my way to Disney World in the morning! No seat belt extenders for me!! Lots of rides to enjoy!!! Doing things WITH my family, no****ching as every one else does things and I stand there and think about my weight, and "if only I were thinner..." Those days are gone! I am so grateful, thanks to this surgery I enjoy my life now. I am going swimming in the hotel pool and on the water rides at Typhoon Lagoon!! I am going on every single ride at Disney!!! (Well, except for the Tower of Terror) See you all when I get back!! Anne

OMG Anne! Your picture brought tears to my eyes - you look FANTASTIC!!! I'm so sorry I haven't been keeping up with the CT Posts. I am off to Disney too! Yippy! In Melbourne, I will be 45 minutes from Orlando. I am so proud of you Anne. You are going to have a blast. Kiss Mickey for me and tell him I'll see him soon! Tara

I'm Jealous Anne... Who doesn't love Disney?? We plan on going back in a few years...& I'll be able to enjoy EVERYTHING...No embarrassment of having to get off a ride because you "don't fit"...no squishing into a seat on the airplane...with a seat belt that doesn't fit... The Tower of TERROR is AWESOME...that is one of my favorite rides...you gotta try it at least once! Enjoy the sun & all that fun...say hello to Goofy and Stitch for me! Mickey

Hi Anne Tell us how do you feel seat airplane and fit seat belt, can put tray all the way with no problem, feel comfortable walking all over at Dinsney world, can fit any rides without worrying about fit any seats, can swim and enjoy yourself etc........... Then don't forget to buy a pant size 12 Like I already bought myself to try on it once a weekly instead of weight on scale SMILE!!!!! Can t wait to hear from you Hugs Kathy K

Hey Anne, Have a fantastic time at Disney with your family. Enjoy every moment you can. I know your going to have so much fun. Fitting in the seats and riding the rides, walking all around and having fun all day. I am so jealous. That is one of my accomplishments on my list is to be able to go to Disney World with my husband and daughter and get on rides too.
