Good Morning Everybody, Still have hard time to wake up this morning since I got back from vacation and feel like want to sleep more LOL Last night, My trainer do different things for weights and we went outside to do powerwalking. I mean very fast and she pushed me come on and keep faster!!! Whew! I was sweated and my face was red! I am sore from my legs and arms this morning. Tonight I will do my cardio for 40 min. Food Log B low carb slim fast protein drink S mozz cheese stick L chicken salad S morning start bar D have no idea.. did not make plan yet S Water Water

Good Morning Kathy Water Aerobics tonight...Gym last night - did some different leg stuff...my body is sore. I worked like a dog yesterday...it was so busy...I am beat..and do not want to go to work today... B-hard boiled egg Probably no time for snack...if so..protein bar L-hamburger on dish...salad D-chicken...vegies..and a spoonfull of fetticini Joanie

Good morning, Went to do the step class this morning, they informed me that we have to use risers on the steps now because someone fell last night. The risers have good rubber grips on them, the steps have grips, but they still slide. I am bummed, I cannot use the risers yet, I am not ready for them yet. I can just get through the class as it is. I suggested that they get better grips for the steps so that we can still use them. It really does knock out quite a few people. So I am back to doing the kick box class, but it is low impact and not as good for me. I need the higher impact. B - 1 egg omelet, coffee L - protein drink D - chicken with sauce S - sf popsicle Pam

Pam, What about just putting a yoga mat under the step to keep it from sliding. Would that maybe solve the problem so you don't have to use the risers? Just a thought? I'm on bedrest so no exercise for me. B- Kraft Southbeach Cereal Bar S- Betty Crocker Carb Smart Muffin L- Carb Countdown Smoothie S- 1.5 oz White Choc. Thanks for the suggestion Maggie, but I think the step would slide off the yoga mat if it slides on the rug. It's really up to the gym anyway. Hopefully they will figure something out. Pam

Hey Girls, I am late with my food log today. Work was so crazy and I did not have time to log in. Drank my SF LF Coffee drink Achiev One Cappuccino from Bariatricwebsite S: 1/2 of peanutbutter chocolate Zone bar L: LF Cottage cheese and LF SF Peaches S: 1/2 of peanutbutter chocolate Zone bar D: Meatloaf (one piece) couple of teaspoons of mashed potato couple of teaspoons of mixed veggies (All this from Duchess Diner) S: just my Snapple SF Icetea Lots of Propel water today all day.
