Hello Friends!
How about another get together??  I was thinking about having a meeting on Friday, November 21st.  How about 5:30pm?  Bob, can we use the Clinton fire house meeting room again?  If not, the place of the meeting will be decided soon.  But everyone try to plan on attending this meeting- it will be a good support for all of us, as Thanksgiving is only 1 week later...for many, this will be the first "big" holiday post lap-band or RNY.  So come on down and join us!  All are welcome to attend- the meetings are informal, relaxed, fun and VERY supportive!!
Thanks- Laura
Any questions, email me at [email protected]

Highest (MAY 2007)-269.  Pre-Op- 240.  Goal- 138-ish.

Sounds good. Looking forward to meeting some shoreline folks.  It will be great to have some words of wisdom and support for the holiday season.
