Hey everyone! Just thought I'd share.. I've been going to the gym and working out like a mad woman, lowering my carbs and upping my protein. Yesterday I weighed in 5 lbs lighter! That's 5 lbs since this past Thursday. I nearly cried.. it's about TIME! I seriously hate plateaus... they make you feel so hopeless. Let's just hope this pattern sticks now. Only 20 more lbs until I'm under 200... that I can't believe! Have a great day everyone! Michelle

Hey Michelle, Congratulations on your breaking that plateau. That is wonderful how your almost there, your my inspiration. I just inquired about a gym here in Milford-The Fitness Edge and I hope to go down to check it out this week. I am 3 months post op and have lost 65.5lbs so far, now I am itching to work out. I never thought in a million years I would ever say those words. Well congrats again, and keep up the good work sweetie. Hugs KimC
