Good Morning Everybody, I feel like today is Monday because I am back to work from my vacation LOL. I saw my trainer last night and we just do our 40 min cardio and chat each other. She was glad to see me again and said she missed me while I am at Deaf Cruise. Of course she asked me alot of questions about that guy who is an interpreter about his training. I think it was so funny. Anyway I will do my weights with my trainer for an hour and do cardio after that. I already did 15 min excercise bike this morning but need more cardio later tonight. Guess what, I feel comfortable to wear blue jean pant with zipper not too tight. My next small goal to buying size 12 blue jean pant with zipper to keep try until I fit into that size 12 . That is why I do not use weight scale and try that pant once a weekly. I have 40 more pounds to lose to reach Dr Aranow's goal weight 142 but I would like to reach to 130. J's food log B protein drink S mozz cheese stick L tuna salad S nectar protein drink D 4 large shrimps with dip sauce and some broccoilli S Water Water and SF possible Have a wonderful workout !!!! Hi Kathy, Glad to see that you are home and had a great time on your cruise. I have continued going to the club almost every day but still have not lost any weight. I will measure and weigh again on the 15th so hopefully this plateau will have broken by then. My daughter is also loosing weight from going to the club and because of that, I have inherited some of her pants and jeans they are size 16 girls! I couldn't believe that they fit! I held them up and said to her that there is no way I am going to be able to stuff myself in these and lo and behold that fit!!. My class last night was very intense. We did Hi Low aerobics on the floor along with weights,stability ball, and step aerobics. We worked for 1 1/2 hours and finished up with situps and pushups! I do find that my muscles are getting stronger and am able to keep up with most of the abdominal exercises now! Have a great day Sandy

Good Morning Kathy, Good to see your smiling face here again. You must feel sooo good to have had some relaxation. In answer to your question on yesterday's post, no, I really have not gone down a size yet. My belly is still rather big, I still feel self-conscious about it. I still need to wear long baggy shirts. Although, most of the shirts I wear are big through the shoulders, not through the belly area. I'll get there eventually. I will go to the gym this morning to do the circuit. B - protien drink L - ham slices D - chicken (probably garlic seasoning) S - cheese/ sf popsicle Pam

Good Morning all. B - 1C Simply Smart Milk mixed w/Carnation Instant Breadfast (the 0carb one) 14G Protein S - 2-4 oz of yogurt 6GProtein L - 3 oz. Salmon 21G Protein S - 1C Simply Smart Milk mixed w/Carnation Instant Breadfast (the 0carb one) 14G Protein D - 2 oz. Chicken Breast w/some lettuce, italian dressing, 2 croutons 14G S - sf pop And working on the fluid intake....it is beating me down although the room temp is working much better. Last night I slept 7.5 hours straight! I did not wake up once....that is the first time in I do not know how long. I don't seem to feel much more rested probably because I was so use to not getting a full nights sleep.

Good evening all. Went to my regular Dr. today for a physical and he was happy with my progress: 120 over 72 blood pressure, good EKG,etc... I was 96 pounds lighter than the last time I saw him and it felt good to lay on the examining table and be able to rest my arms by my side and have them still on the table! Oh! and the regular size paper gown fit too! B - total protein cereal w/raisins and lactaid L - homemade eggroll w/pork,green beans spinach,onions and cheese banana D - turkey sausage 1/4c. whole wheat pasta and cheese s - 1/2 serving low carb pretzels, sf popcicle Exercise: 40mins on the treadmill Welcome back Kathy! terri
