The office said they had a cancelation so I grabbed it!
Some say maybe I should have waited to after Thanksgiving, But for me I think I am better off doing it before, this way I'm not temped and won't gain some the weight I already lost for the surgery.
I am very excited and nervous at the same time. Now, I need to g back and look for shoping ideas and recipes for the liquid only and protien shake recipes and recomendations.
Plese feel free to leave them here so I won't have to search everywhere.

Congrats...... I have an appointment with Dr. A. that afternoon. I hope the time goes by quickly for you. The whole shake thing isn't that terribly bad although it gets old after awhile. I ended up "living" on the chocolate and strawberry protien shakes mixed with lactaid "no-fat" milk. You will find different ways to make and settle on what you like. Once I reached the point where I thought I couldn't stand another shake...... I got to move on to the next stage. I am sending good thoughts your way! Dan
WOW, Chrissy...this is great news...I'v'e not been on in a few days, so, I'm just finding out.
Don't worry about Tday...the turkey dinner is so full of fat, you don't need it anyways...just don't go near the food that day....you won't want it anyways..
