Hope you all enjoyed the great weekend folks! I had a wonderful time on our overnighter at the casino. No big winnings...
Took yesterday off from exercise..my water aerobics class begins again tonight...
B-cheese melted on toast
S-orange
L-perdue chicken (lo fat) with salad
S-protein bar
D-I have a low carb frozen dinner...not sure what kind...

B- 1 cup simply smart milk w/carnation instant breakfast 14G
s- 2 oz yogurt 3g
l- 2 oz. salmon 14g probably can only get in 1.5 oz though
s- applesauce 2 oz
d- 2 oz. salmon 14 g
s- sf ice pop
1/2 hour tonight on treadmil at gym
Working on the water...hasn't been easy. When it hits my pouch, I get a cramping that does not feel good!
Howdy Neighbor..Thanks for posting...Have you tried flavored water...I like Propel...I cannot drink regular water since surgery...also, just remember to sip, sip sip! I would love for you to stop by on Sunday...at my scrapbook party...no pressure to by...We would love to meet you in person!

Hi Joanie. I have had Fruit2O and crystal lite...At first they are good and after awhile they taste horrible. Today I am a little bit better. I am drinking at room temp and not as much of a problem.
I was thinking about coming Sunday.....I will admit I am terrible about just putting the pictures in a photo album let alone dressing it up. But I like to see what others have done so I think I just might come by. If you could just email me the house number?

Back to work today...But it was an awesome weekend weatherwise!
It really lifts my spirits...I planted some flowers, hopefully they are wrong about the temp dropping to 25 tonight!!
Here is the menu:
B- Low sugar instant oatmeal (won't do again - I am starving now)
S- Protein bar
L- salad w/fat-free dressing
S- Propel water
D- cheeseburger casserole
