Js Food Log/Ks Exercise Log
Joanie - hope you don't mind that I start the food log for today
So yesterday was to much food so I cut it back a bit.
B-Carnation Instant Breakfast w/1cup simply smart milk 14G
S- lite & Fit yogurt 2 oz. 2G
L - 1.5 oz tuna 12G
S - lite & fit yogurt 2oz. 2 g
D - Egg Salad w/1 egg 7g, i'll try to get two or three cooked carrot slices in.
S - sf ice pop
30 min. on the treadmill or I'll mix it up/ half on the precor half on treadmill

Good morning CT,
here is what I am eating today:
Coffee first
B- Morning start protein bar, and hard boiled egg
S- Propel water
L- salad w/feta cheese and fat-free dressing
S- propel water
D- steak fajitas (I got the recipe from Tooter's website)
hopefully they are as yummy as they sound
S- tbsp. peanut butter, 1/8 cup of unsalted peanuts
Yesterday my only exercise was shopping at Walmart...
We'll see if I improve on that today.

I do not mind you starting the log...I wish everyone did that!! Only thing is...I posted my log this morning...and its gone now! Hmm..I didn't solicite anything...did I? Guess its just a glitch...here goes my day again..
Walked 3 miles last night..heading to the gym today.
Having a problem with night time eating...bigtime! Why do I go nuts exercising..then go come home and graze? OK..time to reschedule my pysch appt!!!
B-cottage cheese
no time for snack!
L-chicken caesar salad
S-sf jello ff coolwhip/cucumber slices
D-pork roast..lots of veggies
I need to up my water intake..not sure why I am getting bad on that again..oh Yeah I DO! Big Y is doesnt seem to be carrying the 20oz of Propel that I like so much..I need to talk to the mgr..

I can't drink water unless it's Propel...If you have a Walmart near you, they sell it too, and cheaper than I buy it for at Stop and Shop. I have been drinking 3 17oz bottles at work every day, I just bought a few 34 oz bottles at Walmart for $1.24 each!! They do have the 20 oz. bottles too, by the way.
I'm having food troubles too. I have been seeing a psycotherapist for the past 2 weeks ( she had lap band surgery herself).
We are working out my issues.
B- 2oz beef jerky 28g
sn- 4oz cottage cheese 11g
L 1 cup Turkey chili 15g
sn: protein shake 15g
D: 3oz chicken parm with veggies
sn: sf fudgicle
Lots of water
I will go to the gym and do 30 minutes on the elliptical and another 20 minutes on the treadmill.

looks like lots of great ideas for meals. i love coming home from work and reading all the food logs. it's nice when lots of people post.
B - ole faithful total protein w/raisins and lactaid 18g
s - coffee w/2 scoops beneprotein 14g
L - sliced fresh mozz and tomatoes, leftover blackened chicken breast topped w/ balsamic vinegar and fresh basil 21g
s - momentum bar 12g
D - lobster, cole slaw
water water water
s - sf popcicles
exercise - circuit training on the bowflex and treadmill 45mins
