Good Morning CT! Its supposed to be a spectacular day out there today!!
Enjoy the sunshine when you can!
I went to the gym last night. Tonight I may go out for a walk with my neighbors. At least w/the time change...maybe we can have a family dinner before I go running out.
B-hard boiled egg 6g
S-cottage cheese 5g?
L-chicken cordon bleu and a small salad
S-SF ff jello, cucumber slices
D-hamburger no bun...green beans

Good Morning all,
Well, the South Beach thing is working, I have dumped 5 lbs. since starting it last week! Yea! I will stay on this I think. I was ill last night, didn't get to eat those hot dogs, but had a bit of salad.
B - protein drink
L - may go out with a friend, if I do, probably chef's salad or something with no bread
D - leftovers, so maybe a chopped steak
S - either cheese or sf popsicle

Oh, and going to the gym, tried a kick boxing class on Monday, going to do that again today, it was fun!

B - 3/4c. Special K low carb cereal w/1 cup simply smart fat free milk 20g
S - 4 wheat thins w/1 tbsp peanut butter 4g
L - McDonald's grilled chicken/bacon salad 22g

D - not sure yet, but took out ground beef for the family and ground turkey for me
Drinking lotss of water...
exercise...today i did 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the bike.then worked on legs (OUCH !!!) and then abs.. last nite i went walking for about an hour with the hubby..hoping to do it tonite as well.

Hope you got outside to enjoy this great weather. I've been stuck inside all day, but I hear it's nice. I'll be out soon!
Menu:
B- Morning start protein bar and hard boiled egg
S- Propel water
L- salad w/feta cheese and fat-free dressing
S- Propel water
D- pork chop, tbsp. stuffing and a few green beans
S- tbsp. peanut butter and 1/8 cup of unsalted peanuts.
Yesterday my husband and I cleaned out our 2nd floor attic - making no less than 30 trips up and down the stairscarrying boxes and furniture, outside to the dumpster we rented...that was my exercise yesterday. Today I am not sure. But, I had a stressful day at work and I am beat. I just want to go sit in the sun for a while...

what a gorgeous day! It was great to feel the warm air again and see some green tint in the grass.
B - total protein w/raisins and lactaid
s - DD coffee w/2scoops beneprotein
L - unch at Modesto's Italian restaurant. 1 sm slice bread, 1cup clam
chowder, cut grilled chicken breast w/ tomatoes, peppers, onions
s - carb well protein bar
D - blackened chicken on the grill, chopped tomatoes w/fresh
mozzarella slices, fresh chopped basil and balsamic vinegar dressing
s = sf popcicles
circuit training tonight on the bowflex and treadmill
still stuck on a plateau ---argh!
