J Food Log and Ks Exercise Log-Tuesday!

Sorry I missed posting OH was not being kind to me..and took forever to load and reload..with no succces at getting on!
I hope Kathy is having a great time on her cruise! I am so looking fwd to my overnighter to Mohegan with my DH this weekend!
I did water aerobics last night. During the four week hiatus between classes three of us have met and did our own class. Formal class begins again next week..but I am proud of myself for sticking to this in between. Tonight I am going to the gym.
B-1/2 cup cottage cheese 5g
S-1/2 cup cottage cheese 5g?
L-grilled chicken caesar salad 18g
S-Sf jello FF coolwhip
D-maybe a subway tuna over a green salad...I will let you know.
S- roast beef and cheese roll up...12g
Carb Countdown choc milk for extra protein...

First day on Fish....hope it all stays down...ok here we go....

S Not sure probably SF POP or Applesauce if I am feeling hungry
I am going to walk at lunch time probably half hour. Last night I did 30 min on treadmill at the gym. I have not been experiencing this high energy level everyone talks about. I have been sluggish but I think I am starting to come around.

I am having the same problem with the site. I have reported the problem, we'll see what happens.
My metabolism is soooo sluggish! I should stay off the scale, but it's hard not to.
But I will keep plugging away.
B - protein drink
L - sliced ham with a bit of mustard
D - hot dogs (high in fat, but will only eat two, no bread, maybe some salad)
S - either cheese or another protein drink
the circuit at the gym this morning 30 min.

S - three wheat thins w/1 tbsp peanut butter 4 g
L - chicken wrap or tuna w/mayo
D - not sure yet, going out after the support group meeting
lots and lots of water
Started at the Gym yesterday....today i did 15 minutes on the bike, 15 minutes on the treadmill, and abs exercises
