Js Food Log/Ks Exercise Log Sunday
HI gang
OK..I peeked at the scale...its moving downward...down a pound...hope its not a fluke!
I did 90 min at the gym yesterday...today its either a walk (between raindrops) or exercise video...(Walk aerobics).
I really have no plan of today---my cupboards are bare. I need to go grocery shopping desparately. I will post later. Would love to see what YOU are eating this rainy Sunday!!

Hello Joanie and CT,
I hope this pound loss continues! Good for you. My scale is moving also, due to the fact that my carb count is 20-30 grams a day. It is my lot in life I guess.
I cooked breakfast for the family this morning, they had carbs, I had minimal.
B - strawberries and sausage
L - protein drink
D - leftover pork chops
S - cheese/ sf popsicles
And I will exercise somehow, either a walk or pilates

Glad to see the scales are tipping in your favor Pam and Joanie. I have been basically halted for about 2 months. hoping that the circuit training and cutting some carbs will jump start me.
B- scrambled egg w/1/4 corned beef hash
L - grilled chicken salad
s - philly swirl pop -- yummy, my 1st one!
D- leftover grilled steak w/melted feta cheese and 2 strawberries
s - sf popcicle
glass of wine a la desperate housewives.
Exercise --- mall walking with Mom, kids and sister at the holyoke mall
35-45mins on the treadmill
