Size 14 !!

I went to Walmart on Friday because the size 16 jeans I was wearing , and just bought not even 2 weeks ago, seemed alittle big. I wanted to try on size 14 to see how close I was to squeezing into them. I grabbed two different styles, went into the dressing room, and they both fit and zipped right up!! I was jumping up and down in the dressing room trying to be quiet. What an exciting feeling!! I have been losing so slowly over the last few months, only 10 pounds in 3 full months, and the last few weeks I have been going up and down the same 2 pounds. I guess it's true about losing inches when you are not losing pounds. I am still on cloud 9! I started in a really really tight 26, and size 14 was one of my personal goals. I am sooo happy! Anne

Hey Anne, Congratulations sweetie on your success. It must of felt so great to accomplish that. I can't wait to get in to a size 14. I have not tried any clothes on yet, I am dying to know what size I am now. I was a 30-32 (4x or 5x). I tried a 22 on the other day and it fit barely, still alittle snug. I want to get out of the plus sizes so bad. I have lost 60lbs so far and I am almost 3 months post op. It seems to be slowing down for some reason and I am doing everything I am suppose to. Well I guess I have to have some patients. I know I will get there, I am just getting real anxious. Again, Congrats on your success and keep up the good work. Hugs KimC

Anne, You LOOK GREAT!!!! What a nice picture of you. I to started in a size 24 (getting snug) and am now in a 14. Sometimes I do pinch myself and amazingly say this can't really be me!!!! I even bought a size 12 jacket from Filenes... Alot of size Mediums, not xx large..... I am 4 months post op (April 1) and my personal goal is another 30 lbs and I will be more then happy... My weight loss has certainly slowed down but I am not worried.. It will happen..... Again!!!! GREAT PICTURE OF YOU... JUST BEAMING HAPPINESS!!! Carrie

Wow Anne!! congratulations! what a wonderful feeling. I was in walmart yesterday too looking for some workout pants. After roaming around the plus sized section for awhile before i realized there is nothing for me to wear there anymore, i ended up getting a size L danskin workout pants in the normal size section. WAHOOO!!! I remember seeing you at the gathering up in Orange and thinking how wonderful you looked. You are an inspiration! Enjoy those size 14's!! terri
