Hernia repair v. Anthem insurance

Although I am waiting my doctor's appointment to get a concrete diagnosis that I have a hernia, I am pretty sure that I developed a hernia shortly after Feb 2004 surgery. My one year post-op appointment is coming up in a week and then I will know for sure. I was curious to know if anyone with Anthem's HMO (CT) has had the hernia repair and what your surgery and insurance experience was like. Thank you in advance for the info! Hello Lyn , How are you it's nice to see somebody else from my hometown here . I had my surgery with DR. Carlos Barba at ST.Francis Hops. on nov 8 2004 and ive lost already 97 pounds. I'm sorry to hear about your hernia that gotta suck big time but i havent had any ulcer so i cant give you a feedback about your post but i hope everything goes well and i will keep you in my thoughts. and i hope everything goes smooth with the insurance.
