Joanie, hope you don't mind me starting this today... just glad to be able to participate in the morning for a change.
Nice rainy day, huh? Hope to get some much needed cleaning and laundry done today... how exciting.
B- total protein cereal w/raisins & lactaid
L- ground turkey w/tomato sauce & melted mozz cheese
s - cranberry nut carb well cereal bar
D - don' know yet... need to do some shopping - probably chicken w/salad or veggies
s - sf popcicle or popcorn
I am going to try to circuit train on the bowflex today doing 1 minute of jogging on the treadmill in between my usual weight resistance routines. then finish off walking on the treadmill.... total of 45-60 minutes.

Great Terril...start this anytime! I had 3 12 yr olds for a sleepover last night...never got to the gym yesterday..but did fit in a 3 mile walk with my friend. i went to the gym today...Did 40 min of cardio...and 30 min of weights.
B=2 eggs 1/2 slice of toast..yes, I ate it all!
L-really want to know...1/2 whopper Jr w/ cheese and IT was good...and filling!
D-chicken caesar salad
