pre-op dr barba patients

as a pre-op patient of dr barba's, we are required to sign up with their online bariatric database. whenever i try to do this, i get a message from my own security system stating "the name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site." is anyone else having this problem? i've tried calling the office, but no one i talk to seems to know anything about it, and those who might never call me back. any feedback would be appreciated! thanks

Patty, As a patient of Dr. Barba's, newly preop, I can tell you there was no requirement for me to sign up with their online bariatric database. In fact until you posted I did not know such a thing existed. Thought I would let you know, NA

At the support group meeting last month, Carolyn announced that new patients would have to sign up with the RemedyMD web site to track their progress. The office would use this to issue suggestions to patients, and follow their progress. I don't know how firm the requirement is. --Steve

I think Phyllis was correcting me as I am newly POSTOP, not pre op. LOL sorry for the confusion.
