Js Food Log /Ks Exercise Log-Wednesday
Hi gang.. Spring looks like its here..finally. Maybe this will improve my mood
I was at the gym last night and did 40 min of cardio and 35 min of weights..on arms, chest, and legs and abds. I am going back there today..before I meet some friend's for dinner.
B=1/2 cup cottage cheese
S-hard boiled egg-6g
L-grilled chicken over salad-18g
S-SF Jello
S-#2...dinner will be late...so I will have a hard boiled egg before I go to the gym...
D-I will stick to chicken w/ vegies when I go out...
64 oz of water...

You already know, so this is for everyone else. I am starting the South Beach diet today, we'll see how that goes.
B - scrambled egg with cheese
L - protein drink
S - maybe another protein drink
D - tacos (no shells, just beef, cheese, tomato and lettuce, and a bit of sauce)
S - sf popsicle/ cheese if I need to munch

Today is shaping up to be a "bad choices" food day.
B- Morning start protein bar, hard boiled egg
S- Water
L- "Bronx Bomber" hot dog covered with chili (I will only eat a bite of the roll, but I am choosing this instead of the salad I brought).
S- Water
D- Fiesta chicken casserole.
Ok, so it's not really really bad, but it's definitely more carbs than usual.
Gotta splurge once in a while...
Exercise - none so far today.
Enjoy the beautiful day! Wish I could be outside instead of at work.

So here is my first post ever on what I am eating.
B - Sugar Free Tang with Unjury 20g protein
S - Dannon Light n Fit Yogurt
L - Egg with 1/2 strawberry
D - Cottage Cheese
S - Sugar Free Popsicle
I am 3 weeks out today, so we will see how it goes.

Ok, today started out innocently enough, but I got thrown off track by some changes in plans today.
I got lost in Newport going to a site I was working at today, so I stopped at a Mexican food place to have some lunch.
L-1/2 a tamale w/cheese and salsa and about 5 tortilla chips
Then on my break at work I had like 2 pieces of broccoli, 1 slice cucumber, 3 baby carrots and 2 grape tomatoes and 1 oz of cheese.
Then for dinner, 1 rib, corn and 2 tsb. of mashed potatoes.
If I do a snack, probably a little jerky.
Not as nose to the grind-stone as I'd like, but I guess not too horrible.
