Good morning again Joanie,
Here are my plans for today.
B - protein drink 27g
L - peas/ protein supplement 19g
D - leftover turkey w/ a bit of gravy, applesauce, maybe a piece of low carb cheesecake (made with cream cheese, splenda, eggs, no crust, no flour) 21g plus whatever is in the cheesecake, not sure
S - low fat cheddar cheese, sf popsicle
