Kathy's Excercise Log- Monday

Hi Everybody, I hate Mondays! It is rainy all day today! I will meet my trainer tonight to do my workout for an hour then will do my cardio after that. I was very busy this past weekend. I packed our suitcases (three and one small with me to bring at airplane). I still have to go shopping for few things like speical cameras which we can use it in the water and few things at Walamrt then I am READY to go!!! It will getting warmer this week and preparing yourself to workout outside!!! Go for walking, or powerwalking or start powering walkign then little jogging or work outside with your yard! Three more days to go!!!! Kathy K

You have to be so excited about your cruise! Have a wonderful time Kathy!! Its going to be a different world traveling with 110 pounds gone! My walking buddies and I were out there this weekend...I walked 2 miles on Fri...went to the gym on Sat..and did 2 miles on Easter Sunday! Water aerobics tonight... Joanie

Joanie, You will be next for cruise after I got back home from cruise. Please put your name for both Food Log and Excercise for one post everyday until I get back home on April 11th. I will start on my excercise log on April 12. Thanks a millions I am looking forward for your party when I get back from vacation and will take your weight scale away from you.
