I also used canned chicken and fake crab meat and made chicken and seafood salad. I also made egg salad (don't tell cause I don't think boiled eggs were allowed this early out but I did it any way) and used mustard for it. Iknow, sounds sick but I love it.

I JUST GOT EGG SALAD AND CHICKEN SALAD FOR THE DELI AS I DON'T LIKE TO MAKE IT MYSELF. THE EGG IS GOOD TODAY I WILL TRY THE CHICKEN. THE SEAFOOD SALAD SOUNDS GOOD TOO. TASTE IS EVERYTHING AND I AM SURPRISED I AM OK WITHOUT THE BREAD.

I miss bread once in a while. The Mother-in-law bought some stuff that is about one carb and is a full "bun" It's yummy and whole wheat. I use that to make sandwhiches now. I don't miss it that much, but that does help during the cravings.

Something else to try is low fat cheeses. I ate string cheese all the time. Can't eat it now. I eat Baby Bell Light and the Laughing Cow spreadable wedges. The wedges are super soft and the Baby Bell are softer (I think) than string cheese and I know that is on the mushies list. I lived on that once I realized that. I was on mushies an extra two weeks due to Dr. A's schedule and mine. I remember what I ate.
