Good Morning CT... OK..didn't manage to stay off the scale until Friday... but it is looking promising.. Here goes the plan for today... B-protein drink 30 g S-protein drink 30g L-Salad with 3oz of chicken salad-21g S-SF Jello FF coolwhip D-Chicken over fetticinin alfredo...I promise..more chicken than fetticini! 21g S-Jello again?? Good Morning Joanie, Here we go, hopefully I will stick to it, B - protein drink 27 g L - Peas/ protein supplement 15g D - homemade chicken soup (will eat lots of chicken for protein) 21 g S - protein drink/ cheese I am also up to 96 oz. water a day. Pam

I am doing better since being sick, still can't eat alot yet though. B: Atkins Vanilla Protein Shake S: Rest of shake L: LF Cottage cheese with LF SF Fruit ****tail S: none D: ?? S: Probably SF Jello and Whipped cream Lots of Propel Waters and a new coffee drink I found, taste like Starbucks Frappacinos that I bought on bariatriceating.com EVERYONE HAVE A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY WEEKEND. Hi all, I have joined all of you who are enjoying the wonders of being on a plateau. Scale hasn't moved in 6 weeks, but it hasn't really discouraged me too much. I still feel my clothes fitting better so something is happening. So I started kicking it up a notch by adding more exercise. B - Total protein w/lactaid and raisins s - string cheese and grapes L - shrimp ****tail and 1/2 toasted bagel s - Q-smart protein bar D - cubed chicken w/tomato sauce topped w/melted mozz cheese water water water and sf popcicle s - 10 peanut butter filled pretzels (found these at stop & shop -140 cals for 10 pieces 15g carbs and 4g protein)

just curious--I lurk on the Ct page even though I live in Florida. I am originally from Waterbury and has WLS in Tampa. Ten weeks out and cannot stand the protein drink that my doctor suggested. I have changed to the low carb version of Myoplex 25G protein and 5G carb with only one carb gram from sugar--the rest is dietary fiber. Flavor is good and not grainy---comes in 11 ounce package.. What do you guys use.
