It was nice to see Terri C. at Walmart yesterday. I was shopping for buying sun sreen cream to prevent sun burn, sun burn coller spray etc.. Terri helped me to find white stuff to put my sensitive nose Thanks Terri! You looks great on red shirt To answer Joanie's question Here what I did with my Trainer 5 min warm up on treadmill speed 3.7 Chest Press 3 sets of 12 back extensions 3 sets of 20 obliques with carry 2.5 pounds of medicine balls 3 sets of 20 crunches with excercise ball 4 sets of 20 inner thigh 3 sets of 12 push up with excercise ball 3 sets of 12 shoulder press 3 sets of 12 dumbbell front raises 3 sets of 12 biceps 3 sets of 12 triceps 3 sets of 12 bands 3 sets of 12 25 min on cross trainer machine 2 min cool down strength I was sweat alot all over but felt great after workout! Tonight I will do push up, lower abs with excercise ball with my daughter then will do treadmill for 25 min while watching tv show since I cnanot hear music :O( Kathy k

Hi Everyone, Well I am back from the Cape and feeling revived! I went to the club last night and did my sculpt class for 1 hour. It was a pretty intense class and we used hand weights and body bars. I was pretty tired after, but I must be getting used to it because I am not sore this morning. I also went into the gym and spent 25 minutes on the bike. Sandy

Kathy..thats for posted that. It helped alot! I am working on increasing my reps/sets...I feel so good when I come out of there! Today is water aerobics...surprisingly..this student self taught thing..is giving us a better workout than one of the two instructors we had ever did! Joanie

This morning I did a step class, that gets me sweating! I also did it yesterday, and will do it tomorrow with my daughter. It is making my legs stronger! Pam

thanks Kathy, I just got that sweater and it is a size 14/16!! My husband taught me how to use the bowflex last night and I had a great workout. He told me to do 3 sets of 10 on most of the exercises so it was goo to see how you are training with 3 sets of 12. I quess he knows a little bit about this stuff Anyway after 40mins on the bowflex I went back and watched TV and did the treadmill for 40 mins. I can't believe how much better I felt this morning. I will do 40 mins on the treadmill tonight and maybe take a look at a yoga dvd I just got. terri
