I am taking the weekend off from my food log..since there is not much structure to the past two day...but I promise I am being good! I walked 3 miles today and 2.5 yesterday...I want to do my Walk Aerobics video tonight too... Here is my schedule this week Water Aerobics Mon/Wed Gym T-Th-Fri Joanie

Hello Kathy, I am taking a break from working out this weekend. My shoulders have been quite sore and my neck, I may have overdone it these past few weeks. I may do my pilates DVD this afternoon. I will be back in the gym tomorrow morning with my step class which I will do on Wed. and Friday also. Tues., Thurs. and Sat. I will do the circuit. Pam

Hi Kathy, I did a walk yesterday with the girls in the nice weather. Today we were busy pretty much all day, but had 38 lb abby balanced on my ankles and did 3 sets of leg lifts. that was a burn. pretty weak, but i was moving a little. terri
