I saw this post.. thought it would be fun for CT!

What have you noticed about yourself since WLS? I am down 42 pounds so far. * I have noticed that my ring keeps twirling around my finger as I type. * I really do have an hour glass figure under there (seamstresses used to love me at one time as it was easy to alter my dresses.. then the middle filled out) * Shoes are fitting me now.. I used to get blisters or they just plain hurt. * my winter coat is HUGE! Thank goodness it is almost Spring! * My shopping habits have increased .. (checkbook is not happy) * Boys notice me... and not because I am the 'big' one. :sexy * I enjoy shopping for sunglasses.. no more chipmunk cheeks... * my butt hurts more as it is bonier. * collar bones have been returned from the lost and found. * bra straps tightened (sorry guys) * I am cold ALL the time.. no more insulation Keep it up ALL! Rebecca, That is too funny! I've noticed ALL those same things. *Even though it's still big, I love picking up an XL (compared to 4&5X) and knowing it will fit and still can't believe I'M wearing it! *Definitely can't sit too long with the bony butt *I can cross my legs!! I don't think I've ever sat "lady like". Now I do it b/c I can! *I can literally shop til' I drop. Walking distances isn't a huff and puff game any more. *I can reach my toes to pamper myself with pedicures. I remember a time my mom had to paint them for me, b/c I couldn't reach. *I'm only going to say one word.. use your imagination.. GUMBY. I'm sure I can come up with several hundred more if given the time. Beckie, just wait until you've lost a little more, you'd be fascinated! Keep up the good work. Take care, Michelle
