I'm home

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am home and doing well.  Had Lap RNY on Monday and came home yesterday.  No complications.  I am on my way to losing now.  Started protein drinks today.   So far I haven't had any problems keeping things down.    I have been sip, sip, sippin' away too.

If you're up to it walking is one of the best things you can be doing inbetween all the sipping
& resting.

Remember ya gotta walk. Even if it is only a couple of houses. THis time of year is a gorgeous time of year to be outside and enjoy the leaves and crisp cold air.

I have been.  I try to get outside at least 3 times a day and walk to the end of my road and back.  I live in a condo and it's a great area to walk in.  I also got brave today and went to Sports Authority.  Just getting out felt good.
