Joanie's Food Log Wednesday
Hi gang
I am doing so well with this...new way of eating..to lower my carbs!
I didn't get home from the gym until almost 8pm...(orientation) so I grabbed a Wendy's chili on the way home. It added way to many carbs..I totaled 70 g yesterday...but 103 g of protein and over 64 oz of fluid!
OK..here is today
B-protein drink 30g
S-none
L- 2.5oz hamburger with cheese - 1 hard boiled egg 27g
S-sf jello ff coolwhip
S-protein drink 30 g
D-chicken cordon bleu--broccoli w/low fat cheese...23g
By the way..what have YOU done for exercise today...let Kathy know...by adding to HER log...Lets let her know how much we appreciate her...and how much she motivates us!!

Hey Joanie,
You are on the right track for low Carb issue.... I am proud of you to work harder to stay away mostly of Carb stuffs. I know it is not easy but we can control over this Carb things.

L Salad with little tuna salad ( did not finish all)
S Low carb slim fast
D ham steak with bro****li
S Nector protien drink and Water after excercise tonight
