insurance headaches

Hi, i just got of the phone with the insurance co. Of course I got no where with them!!! (Anthem) I think I am more mad at myself because they said that the have not received it. I questioned her about it,but after I hung up I felt like I should of given her hell. I was assertive but did not pu**** then when I called the dr office the secretary assured me that they did send it but would not pull my file because she is to busy. this is nerve wracking. I wanted to have my surgery moved up but with this insurance thing that will not be happening. Any words of comfort out there?????? Blessings Splendalicious

All I can tell you is, at some point in the future, you will look back at all of this and say "Boy am I glad it's over and I had it done". In the meantime, do anything other than eat to relief the stress. Peter

Hello, Don't get discouraged. Please call Anthem back and push them. I have them now and everything that gets sent to them they lose. As a matter of fact my daughter just got glasses and I sent the receipt to them for reimbursement, I was on the phone with the girl for about 20 minutes because she kept insisting they didn't get it and when I was insisting that they did, OMG she found it. They have to be the worst company to deal with but you have to be very assertive and make them give you an answer. Please don't give up, it'll be over before you know it. GOOD LUCK!!!
