Kathy's Excercise Log - Wednesday
Hello Everybody,
I had a good workout last night with my trainer and she puts me harder level for excercise. I will see Dr Aranow this friday for my check up and i have not weight myself since I weighted at PCP dr office when I was sick with my sinus infection. I tried to fit size 14 blue jean but it is 2 more inches to go to fit it but I am still working on it. The most important is I feel great and can breath 100 percent better than before.

I was at the bym from 5:10pm until 7:30pm last night...I had orientation with the trainer and he show me how to use some of the machines. I did five miles on the bike...10 min on the eliptical...20 min on the treadmill
I used the wt machines for my legs, back, chest and arms... Yes, I am lovin' this gym experience!! Tonight is water aerobics with my new friend ...she is 14 weeks pregnant...I met her in the formal aerobics class and we vowed to do water aerobics together until the "real" class starts again!
If I can do this YOU can too! I would love to know everyones gym routines...just so can have some suggestions on what my workout shoudl be..
