B-12 injections
Kathy,
I did Nascobal for a while...it's a prescription, and it's one spray into your nostril once a week. My insurance co paid it, BCBS. The copay can be high, so, the drug company will re-imburse up to 40 dollars to you when you send in your RX receipt.
Have Dr Aranow write you a script if this is something you'd like to try. Maybe he even has some samples to give to you...
I stopped doing it cause I've not been to see him to get a new script.

330+/230/200 (originally got down to 200, but gained 30 back) :-(
"Nothing tastes as good as thin feels....." (unknown)
I also inject myself...this seems to be Dr. Bell's protocol for B-12. I just had bloodwork, and is shows that I am still in the low end of normal, which feels about right because at about week 3 I feel tired, cranky and very forgetful. With Dr. Bells approval, I will take the same injection once a week and see how I do. If you have given birth, I think you should have no problems giving yourself the injections, lol!
