Join Us at Spring Fling

Hi, All! Based on the responses to my post and e-mails, there are 10 people who definitely will be sitting together at the Spring Fling Fri. night plus a few more who will possibly/probably be there, so when I saw Denise last night at the Middlesex support group meeting, I told her that we need 2 tables (of 10) together for the OH CT board. What is the dress code for this event? Is it semi-formal like ****tail attire or just normal dress wear? My husband and I are really hoping on attending, but with my health it's a day to day thing so I won't know until I wake up Friday. Keep your fingers crossed. Hugs, Maggie

Hi Maggie, I believe there are people going casual, and others are dressing up. Me? I took it upon myself to use it as an 'excuse' to go shopping. A girl can never have too many dresses, right? I hope you're feeling up to it, I'd love to finally meet you in person. -Deb

Thanks for booking the tables Debby! Hope to see you there on Friday. Of course when I went to the Dr's office today, Jessie was not around and no one knew how to sell me a ticket! SO I HAVE NO TICKET YET! I sure hope I can buy one at the door or something... As for dressing - I am using this as an excuse to get dressed up. I have a beautiful long skirt that my aunt just shrunk down from it's previous life as a 3x to a lovely size 10 for me. And I too went shopping to find just the right top to go with it! I'll be celebrating my one year anniversary this week - so looking forward to ringing in my 2nd year with all of you!!! Hugs, Carla

Well I'm one step closer... I used this as an opportunity to get dressed up. I went to TJ Maxx tonight and got a really nice dress and shoes. This makes me one step closer. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that I can make it. It would be so nice to finally be able to meet some of you. Hugs, Maggie
