Joanie's Food Log-Tuesday
I did it! An entire day with nothing but what I planned to eat! With the two protein drinks and the tortilla shell for one taco and I did treat myself to the slim a bear sf bar last night My carb count was 60g for the day. I would like to get it down to 50g though. I had 107 g of progein total yesterday too! I will keep this up until Sat morning.....and maybe delete one of the protein drinks...I just need a jump start. I just hope today is as easy as yesteday was!
B-protein drink 30g
S-protein drink 30g
L-2hard boiled eggs..broccoli with low fat cheese-17g
S-SF jello with ff coolwhip
D-perdue chicken with salsa and lite sour cream...broccoli w low fat cheese 18g
S-slim a bear sf ice cream bar--4g

Good for you Joanie! It's such a struggle to stay below 60 much less 50 grams of carbs. Good luck today.
B - carb countdown yogurt
L - either peas or carrots/ maybe a hard boiled egg
D - don't know yet, maybe some eggs, family is having pizza so I need something that smells good so I'll stay away
S - sf popsicle or peanuts

I knew you can do it and stick with it and won't touch Carb or you will trigger back to carbs again. WE can control over carbs!!!

Hi everyone,
I think I am ready to log what I eat. Is it too early in the plan to log ? Well here we go.......
B- 2oz slim fast drink
S- 1 cheese stick
L- onion soup NO bread in it
mashed potatoes
D- turkey roll up
I didn't do good ha.. grrr this is so hard everyone. I'm having such a hard time with eating the food on the plan. I get pains in my chest constantly and can only eat VERY little.
